This page came to be after I realized I wanted to get creative and try something new with the ordinary things I had in my kitchen. My computer screen is always flooded with different recipes (found mainly on Pinterest – guilty) that I always “mean” to try, but never get around to it.
I live a very active lifestyle and always look for new guilt free recipes. While there have been many tried and failed attempts, all the recipes posted I have tried and continue to make them all the time. I love finding recipes that mimic the ones we crave everyday but leave us feeling not only guilty but bloated and upset afterwards. There’s a sense of satisfaction to feel like you get the same treats and foods you used to eat but with way less calories and much less guilt!
