Spinach Smoothie


  • 1 cut & frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup almond (or regular) milk
  • Spinach
  1. Make sure banana is cut and frozen first.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender, with the spinach being last and filling the rest of the blender (3-4 cups).
  3. Blend and enjoy!

No-Bake Peanut Butter Rice Krispies Cookies


  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups salted peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies

Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with wax paper or baking parchment. Place the corn syrup and sugars in a large saucepan over medium heat and stir to combine. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.

Stir in the peanut butter and mix well to combine. Quickly stir in the vanilla and Rice Krispies. Spread into the lined baking pan. Cool and slice into squares.

Greek Yogurt

Yogurt Dill Dip

Yogurt Dip


  • 6 oz nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 close garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours. Serve with chopped veggies or crackers.

Yogurt Snack


  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Apple

Combine honey, cinnamon and yogurt. Serve with cut apples.

protein pancakesIngredients:

  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add all ingredients to blender (it’s easier to add protein before eggs and banana), blend until smooth and pour onto frying pan with cooking spray on low – medium heat. Flip just as you would pancakes. Serve and enjoy!

banana cookies


  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oats
  • chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and place on cooking sprayed pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 1 cup almond milk (or regular/soy milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately!

  1. Cover peeled banana with peanut butter.
  2. Cut into small pieces.
  3. Roll peanut butter side in bowl of rice krispies.
